EDIT: Note that before I opened this file, I scanned it with both Nod32 and SpySweeper...both returned negative results for infection! This is extremely sophisticated and virulent coding!
Double Edit:

Did some research, and this very nasty "win32:agent-LKF" trojan has been around since 2006. Oddly Nod32 failed completely to recognize it. I had to clear my BIOS, and was only then able to access my CD drive.

I'm now in the process of running my avast! BART CD (available in the Security Forum) and it's finding all the crap that was written to: temp files, page file, Windows folders, boot sector....and BART is still scanning.

When I get my system fully recovered, I'll post a detailed step by step tut for removing the infection.
